As a team administrator, you have access to essential data for effective team management.

To access it, click on your avatar and then on “Administration”.

My team

You'll have access to a preview of your team members and to various key figures:

  • deployment (number of licenses used)

  • audience (unique monthly participants)

  • activities (total number of activities in which your team participated)

  • users (total number of active users per month)

  • storage (storage used by your team)

Users

Adding team members

You can add one person by clicking "Invite," or multiple people at once by clicking "Import." In this case, you can upload a CSV file containing the columns "first name," "last name," and "email."

A checkbox allows you to choose whether to assign a license to your invitees.

Note: If you use the domain recognition option, the addition is immediate; otherwise, each invitee will receive an email with a link to join your team.

Searching and Filtering Members

You can search for a person by their name or email. Several filters are also available:

  • pro

  • free

  • requests

  • invitations

  • deactivated

Available Features

  • You can edit the first name, last name, and avatar of your team members

  • You can assign or revoke a license for each team member

  • You can grant admin rights to certain people

  • You can transfer activities between team members

  • You can access usage statistics for each person

  • You can deactivate a member’s account
