Reactivating an eShop account
I wasn't able to renew my subscription within the allotted time for various reasons (vacation, sick leave...), you can reactivate your account.
All you have to do is take out a new subscription with the same email address, and you'll be able to access all your content again.
To do this, go to our website and select the Starter offer.
Switching from a Pro account to a Free account
At the end of your subscription, your account will be switched to a Free account.
You'll still have access to your content, but the account's functionalities will differ.
For example, you will now be able to open only one activity simultaneously, as opposed to an unlimited number with a Pro offer (Starter or Enterprise).

Enterprise license decommissioning
If you have an Enterprise license and your administrator has decided to withdraw it, you will retain the content associated with your account.
