A Session allows you to facilitate meetings, brainstorming or training in real time. As a facilitator, you have many tools at your disposal to structure your animation and engage your audience.

1 - Prepare your Session

Before launching your Session, make sure you have prepared your content well.

Insert Survey, Quiz, challenges and other interactive activities and/or a presentation(s) (article: Creating a Session).

2 - Start the Session

Share the Session

Open the Session and share the link or access code with the participants (article: How can I share my activity?)

💡 To find out if everyone has joined the Session, click on the list of users (top right), a green dot on the participants' avatar indicates their presence

Start a video call

For more interaction, start a video call in one click thanks to Live.

Start the presentation

Click on the presentation icon and present the objectives and the course of the meeting.

Enable prez sync so that everyone sees the exact same page as you.

3 - Engage your audience

During the Session, use the different features to energize your animation:

  • Launch live activities and analyze results in real time

Example of a Quiz

  • Encourage interaction with live feedback and commentary

  • Manage your time with the stopwatch and the timer

4 - Exploit the results

Find in "Summary" the participation rate and the success rate of the various activities.

Export the data and share a report with the participants (Session Report section).
