You may collaborate with other users by giving them co-authoring rights to your Activities. This allows them to edit content, manage participants, and track results. Here's how to add a co-author to an Activity, regardless of its type (Board, Quiz, Mission, Session, etc.).
1 - Access the Activity
Go to your "My Activities" space and select the Activity to which you want to add a co-author.
Only the creator of the Activity can add a co-author
2 - Open Activity Settings
Click on the "3 little dots" menu associated with the Activity.
Select "Manage activity" and then "Share".
3 - Add a co-author
A new modal appears.
Click on "Users" and then go to the "3 small dots" menu.
There, click on "Tunr into co-author".
The new user will then have access to the Activity with co-author rights.
You can revoke or change their permissions at any time from the same menu.
