On Board in controlled mode (learn more about controlled mode), the ideas sent by participants arrive in the inbox, located at the top right of the interface. With filters and a list view, you can easily sort, select, and move ideas around your workspace.
1 - Access the inbox
Open your Board and find the yellow icon at the top right with the number of preconceived ideas (see image below), click on it to open the inbox.
2 - Filter ideas from the inbox
In the inbox, use the available filters to find certain ideas more easily:
By keyword : Type a word or phrase in the search bar.
By color : Click on a color to see only the ideas that match.
By category : Select one or more categories of ideas.
By number of hearts : Display the most liked ideas first.
🔎 These filters can be combined to narrow down your selection.
3 - Move ideas from the inbox
Drag and drop ideas directly onto the Board, in the desired location.
✋ An idea is no longer visible in the Inbox once it has been placed on the Board.
Put the ideas back in the Inbox in the same way.
