Save time and boost the continuity of your visual projects: you will be able to import your Miro boards into Klaxoon in a few clicks, which facilitates the transition and centralization of your workspaces!
Were you using the Miro solution and want to add your content already created in Klaxoon? It is now possible to import your Miro files directly into Klaxoon. This new feature allows you to become more fluid, centralize your content, and continue to work seamlessly in your Klaxoon environment.
1) Prerequisites to be able to use the import of your content
To activate the import, you need to have a paid Miro account. You will also need to have the required admin permissions to be able to initiate an import from Miro to Klaxoon.
2) Import your Miro content
Access to Miro table import is simple and intuitive. A new entry has been added to the sidebar of your Klaxoon account, just click on Home and then Import, you will find the new Klaxoon import window. This interface uses the same window as the .klx file import, for a consistent experience. You can also access the functionality via the existing classic import entry, which has now been enriched. A modal guides you through the process to facilitate each step of the import.
3) A faithful and structured transfer
Before you start an import, you can choose the most suitable format to export your content from Miro.
There are two options available:
Export in PDF format (1 frame = 1 page), perfect for linear reading
Export as a high-quality PDF image, with free selection of the area to be captured
During import, each Miro work area is converted into a Zone within a Klaxoon Board. The objective is to reproduce the original content as faithfully as possible, by keeping the objects in an editable form in the Klaxoon interface. If the maximum number of objects allowed is exceeded, an alert is automatically displayed so that you can adjust your content before validation.
The import limit depends on your subscription: 5MB for FREE accounts and up to 50MB for PRO accounts.
This new feature allows you to centralize your visual collaboration tools and integrate them directly into your Klaxoon environment. You save time by avoiding any manual reconstruction of your tables, while benefiting from a fluid, intuitive experience compatible with your professional uses.
This new feature is available in Private Beta for selected Klaxoon users and will soon be available to everyone.
