The Klaxoon Activity Template management experience has been enhanced for better clarity and simplified use! Discover the new features that will allow you to better distinguish your activities from their templates and optimize your creation process.
The Klaxon template library offers ready-to-use templates, designed by Klaxoon teams to meet common needs, inspired by recognized working methods. Conversely, creating your own templates allows you to share a Klaxoon activity format that you have already tested and approved, with your team so that they can use it themselves.
By creating your own templates, you also save time by avoiding recreating your recurring activities and respond effectively to specific needs.
1) Creating a template
To create your template, first go to the "Activities" page and then find the one you want to use (Board, Memo, Adventure...) and click on the 3 little dots "Manage activity" then on "Duplicate as template".
2) New sharing method
From now on, you will see just below the titles of the new tags:
The type of activity: Easily identify the activity being created.
Template: Clearly differentiate your template from your business.
In preparation: see at a glance if your template is shared or not
This reduces errors by clearly distinguishing whether you are working on an activity or a template, while maintaining an overview of the status.
The "Publish" button is evolving to become "Share", and align with the general mode of distribution of Klaxoon activities. From now on, publishing in a Network is no longer the only way to share templates. Share your Templates like any other Klaxoon activity, whether it's via a Network, a code/link or a direct invitation.
3) Monitoring of indicators
A new indicator is now available in the share window. In the "Users" tab, you can now see which participants are actively viewing or using the template.
This metric allows you to evaluate the impact of your templates, measure their adoption by your teams or partners, and identify the most effective templates. This information helps you adjust your content to maximize its effectiveness and better meet the needs of your audience.

These new features are designed to make it easier to create and use your templates, while reducing common frustrations. It's now your time to try!
