Klaxoon continues to evolve to facilitate team collaboration. Now, you can comment directly on your content in Board, making it easier and more fluid, and even more integrated into your projects.
1) Comments: a new way to collaborate in Board
New is that you can now add comments on most of the objects in your Boards, with the exception of groups and multiple selections.
Each participant can:
Add a comment,
Open a thread,
React to a response,
Edit or delete your own messages.
A thread can also be marked as resolved, via a dedicated button, to keep a clear and organized workspace.
These comments are visible in synchronous view and are displayed distinctly for smooth, quick reading without disrupting navigation.
💡 Please note: On Boards in pseudonym mode, it is not possible to mention users via their nickname. Finally, you can only mention people who belong to your organization
2) Intelligent integration into your content
Comments are fully attached to the objects on which they are placed. If you move, resize, or rotate an object, the comment automatically follows. Need flexibility? You can also detach a comment to reassociate it with another object.
If you delete a commented object, the comment is deleted as well — but as always, a simple Ctrl+Z allows you to go back.
3) A clear and action-oriented interface
Several visual improvements make exchanges more readable:
New comments, or partially read comments, are marked in blue.
The cursor changes color depending on the status of the comment, to identify at a glance the possible actions.
A dedicated pictogram allows you to quickly activate the Comment mode from the toolbar.
You will also be notified through emails, push notifications or even via the activity log when you are mentioned in a comment or as soon as there is a reply in the discussion thread you are participating in.
All comments on a Board are now centralized in a side panel. This allows you to quickly browse through all active threads, so you can keep track of the discussion at a glance, without having to scroll through the Board object by object.
