As an administrator, you now have access to new statistics thanks to the "Insights" page!
1) A new "Insights" page for better visibility
This new section dedicated to statistics allows you to access precise and dynamic analyses on your users' activity. As a company admin, you can now view data globally or by team. For team admins, only statistics for users in your scope are accessible.
With improved charts and refined data, you have a more accurate view of your users' adoption and engagement.
Company administrators : The "Usage analysis" page becomes "Insights" to better reflect the wealth of statistics available.
Team admins : A new "Insights" entry is now available in the sidebar, in addition to the information previously available from the "My team" page.
2) Optimized charts for better analysis
To make it easier to analyze the data, the Insight page has been enriched with interactive and intuitive charts. These enhanced visuals allow for a clearer interpretation of key metrics, helping you make informed decisions.
On the company administration side, you will find:
Total number of users and growth in registrations
License deployment
Number of activities created
New : a graph of monthly active users
New : a graph on the activities used by teams
On the team administration side, you will find:
Number of licenses deployed
Number of external participants in activities
Number of monthly active users
New : a graph on the number of users in the team
New : a graph of the activities used each month
New : a graph on the number of activities created
All this data provided in your space is downloadable! To do this, click on the 3 small dots next to each graph and you will be able to download an image of the graph, but also a CSV file.
💡 Please note : For each chart, contextual tooltips have been added to provide detailed explanations and make the data presented easier to understand.
This update aims to provide administrators with powerful tools to better understand and optimize the use of Klaxoon within their organization. These improvements will contribute to more efficient management and an enriched user experience.
