Use the Activities screen to find, filter, search, and manage your activities. The available actions depend on each activity’s status.
Overview
The Activities screen lets you view and manage your activities. You can search for activities, filter the list, view activity details, and access additional actions from the three-dot menu.
To open the Activities screen, click Activities from the homepage.
Activities Screen
- Click on the Activities 1 tab from the homepage.
The Activities screen includes the following options:

You can filter by 2- Filter the list to show:
- Your activities
- Activities shared with you
- All
- Deleted
- Search 3- Enter a keyword to find a specific activity.
- Activity type and status 4 - Filter activities by their type or status.
- Title 5- Click the Title column to sort activities alphabetically.
- Status 6- View the current status of each activity.
- Last updated 7- View when an activity was last updated.

More options 8 - Click the three-dot menu to access actions available for the activity. The available options depend on the activity's current status.
