Depending on your Klaxoon subscription, you can store up to 500 MB, 10 GB or 1 TB of data, including photos and videos, to enrich your activities. From the storage management screen, you can easily import or delete files.

Access storage management :

From the home page, in the "activities" tab :

Click on: storage

1) Search: Enter a word to find a file by name.

2) File type: Select an activity type to filter the list.

3) Hide used files: Tick so that the list only contains files that are not used in any activity (for example, to delete them and quickly free up storage space).

4) Import files: Click to add files from your device or from the cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive).

5) Delete: Click to delete the selected files.

6) Display mode: Click to display in list or thumbnail mode.

7) Selection box: Tick the images you want to delete, then click Delete.

8) The three dots: Click to display the image options:

• Preview: to view the file

• Rename: to change the file name

• Download: to download the file to your terminal

• Usage: to display the list of activities that use the file

• Delete: to delete the file from your storage
