As a Klaxoon administrator, the "Insights" page allows you to easily analyze the activity of your teams and the use of the platform.
1 - Go to the "Insights" page
Access the administration interface by clicking on your avatar and then on "Administration"
There, discover the administration interface and click on "Insights" (located in the banner on the left).
2 - Content of the "Insights" page
The Insights page displays interactive charts to analyze user activity, with data tailored to your role.
For enterprise administrators:
Total users and sign-up growth : Track the growth of your user base over a period of time.
License deployment : View the number of licenses used compared to the total available, helping you optimize their allocation.
Number of activities created : Get an overview of the volume of activities generated within the company.
Monthly Active Users : New graph showing the number of active users each month, useful for assessing engagement.
Activities Used by Teams : New graph detailing the use of different activities per team, making it easier to identify the most effective collaborative practices.
For team admins:
Number of licenses deployed : Monitor license usage across your team for optimal management.
Number of external participants in activities : Identify the level of collaboration with external partners or customers.
Monthly active users : Track your members' engagement on a monthly basis.
Number of users in the team : A new graph showing the evolution of the number of members in your team.
Activities used each month : New graph showing the types of activities that are most requested monthly, helping to tailor training or support offers.
Number of activities created : New graph illustrating creativity and initiative within the team by showing the number of activities initiated.
Additional features
Downloading data : For each chart, click on the three vertical dots in the top right to download an image or CSV file of the corresponding data.
Contextual tooltips : Detailed explanations are available by hovering over the elements of the charts, making it easier to understand the data presented.
