You can cancel your Starter subscription purchased online at any time.

To unsubscribe, follow these steps:

• From your Klaxoon account, click on your profile picture at the top right

• Then click on "Administration". (Name your team if you have not already done so)

• In the "My subscription" area, click on the "Terminate" button at the bottom right.

Once the cancellation is done, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your account will be closed once the current period is over.
