All the personal notes you have made (in relation to a page or session) can be viewed and edited in the Notes screen, where they are listed by activity.
The Notes screen is displayed by clicking on your profile picture :
1) Notes folder
All the notes relating to a given activity are grouped together in a folder.
Click on the folder to access your notes.
