The Klaxoon Enterprise plan is available from July 1st, 2023. The Klaxoon Enterprise Plan is designed for large organizations seeking comprehensive visual collaboration features, advanced security, large-scale administration, and deep integration capabilities.

PLAN EVOLUTION
Pricing for the Enterprise plan is based on the number of Pro Users and the Audience purchased. Subscriptions are available on a 12, 24 or 36-month contract basis, with a minimum initial order of Pro Users (5) and Audience users (100).
During the Contract, it is possible to:
Increase the initial number of Pro Users subscribed, by opting for one of the two available modes: Control mode (default mode) or Flexible mode.
Increase the Audience by opting for one of the higher tiers available

The minimum order to increase the number of full seats during the contract is defined by the initial subscription:
5 full seats for any subscriptions under 30 full seats
10 full seats for any subscription between 30 and 100 full seats
30 full seats for any subscription above 100 full seats
Control mode
The Admin role assigns Pro User licenses up to the subscription limit. Additional licenses can be purchased at a prorated cost for the remaining contract period, if needed.
Flexible mode
The "Flexible" option allows the Client to allocate unlimited additional Pro User licenses for six months at no extra cost; after this period, the Client must either upgrade their subscription to keep the extra licenses or they will be downgraded, with any associated activities closed.
Audience upgrade
The Client is advised to upgrade to a higher Audience tier for the remainder of the Contract term when the Audience exceeds the purchased limit for two consecutive months.
