The facilitator can start a stopwatch or timer at any time to control the length of an activity.
Please note
Drag and drop the stopwatch/timer popup to move it.
You cannot use the stopwatch and timer at the same time.
If you close the popup, the stopwatch or timer stops.
To start the stopwatch
In the top right corner of the facilitator's screen, click on the stopwatch.
To start the timer
In the top right corner of the facilitator's screen, click on the timer
The Timer popup is displayed:
Enter the required time for the timer (minutes : seconds).
Check the required actions at the end of the timer:
Pause: participation in the activity in progress is stopped and the message: 'Heads up!' is shown on participants' screens.
Play a sound: a horn sounds (click on
testto perform a test)
At the end of the timer, a popup is displayed to alert you that time is up:
