Overview

Use a network to group activities and share them with members in one place. You can create a network, customize how it looks, invite members, and add activities to it.

How to Create a Network

1. In Klaxoon Home, click + New 1.
2. Select Network 2.
3. In the creation pop-up, enter a name for the network 3.

4. (Optional) Add an image for network 4.
5. Click Create 5.

The network editing screen opens.

How to Customize Your Network

From the editing screen, you can update these settings:

• Browse 1: Select an image to represent the network on members’ home pages.
• Description 2: Add a short description for members.
• Background color 3: Select a color or enter a hex code, such as “#FF0000”.
• Default view 4: Choose grid or list.
• Default sorting 5: Sort by title, owner, or update.
• Authorize publication by Network members 6: Let members publish articles and activities in the network.

After you finish setup, click Save 7.

How to Share a Network

1. Click Share 1 in the upper-right corner.
2. Invite members by email, or import them with a CSV file 2.
3. Set network access to Open to users with the link 3.
4. Copy the access code 4, and share it with people who need to join the network.
5. Display the QR code 5, or copy the network link 6.

The link is copied to your clipboard, and you can share it with new members.

How to Add an Activity to a Network

1. Open the Share tab in your activity.
2. Select the network you want to share.
