As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and enhanced security, Klaxoon is introducing a new "Audit Log" section in the admin console. This feature is available to team and company administrators (not available for eShop accounts).
What is an Audit Log?
An Audit Log enables administrators to:
- Monitor all key events on the platform in real time (e.g., SCIM setup, activity spikes, file downloads, etc.).
- Search for specific events to address support, compliance, or investigation needs (forensics, disputes, etc.).
- Access a detailed history of actions from the past 30 days, with data retained for up to 12 months.
How can I Access It?
A new "Audit Log" section is now directly accessible from the admin console toolbar. This feature is reserved for team and company administrators and is not available for eShop accounts. To view the audit log, simply go to the admin console and select the dedicated section where all key events are centralized.
Key Features
With the Audit Log, administrators can use advanced filters to easily select the desired time period (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom range), event category, and specific event type. For example, you can precisely track file downloads (images, PDFs, etc.) or activities on Boards, including questions and comments. For each event, a "View Event Details" button provides access to all raw information, ensuring complete and transparent visibility over platform activity. The interface is designed to be intuitive and fast, offering a visual alternative to the API, which was previously the only way to access this information.

The Audit Log addresses the needs of organizations that prioritize security and transparency. It makes it easy to track critical activities, especially file transfers to and from Klaxoon, and to respond efficiently to support, compliance, or investigation requests (forensics, disputes, etc.). With this new interface, administrators benefit from simplified, visual access to the action history—without needing to use complex API queries—making daily management and oversight of the platform much easier.
