The Audit Log is an essential tool for tracking the activities and changes made within your Klaxoon organization. It ensures the traceability of the actions carried out by administrators and members. Find out how to access it in a few simple steps.
Prerequisite
- Be an administrator of the Klaxoon console.
- Have access to your organization's Admin console.
Access the Audit Log
Log in to your administrator account on the Klaxoon administration console.
In the left sidebar menu, then select the "Audit Log" tab.
You will then be taken to the Audit Log interface, which is presented in a table format.
Here are all the actions carried out in your organization:
- Date and time of the action
- Affected user
- Action type (login, change rights, delete, etc.)
- Additional details
Export Audit Log
For easy analysis or archiving, you can export Audit Log data in CSV format.
Click on the "Download" button at the top right of the table.
To automate the access or use of Audit Log data, it is recommended to use the APIs made available (learn more on this link).
Good to know
- The Audit Log is available only to the organization's administrators.
- The data is kept for a period defined by Klaxoon (see the documentation or your contract for more details).
