Overview
Use zones in Klaxoon to control where people land when they open your Board. You can set one zone as the starting point so everyone arrives in the same area when they log in.
How to Create a Zone
- Open the relevant Board.
- Click the three-dot button on the Board toolbar 1.
- Click Zone 2.
- Select and drag to define the zone to add based on the required layout.
The selected zone is applied to the Board and can be positioned as needed.
How to Define the Zone as the Starting Point
- Click the dotted lines on the zone to open its configuration menu.

Click the flag icon to set this zone as the starting zone 1.
The first zone you create on a Board becomes the starting zone automatically and is marked with a flag icon in the Board’s table of contents.
Note: You can change the starting zone at any time.
