TL;DR:
Use the zone menu to quickly manage zones on your board. Right-click a zone (or use the three-dot menu) to duplicate, delete, hide/show, set as starting point, start a slideshow, or add a zone. To manage all zones, right-click in the empty area of the zone list and start a slideshow, add a zone, hide all zones, or reveal all zones.
Overview
You can open a zone menu with a single click to quickly duplicate, hide, or present zones on your Board. This helps you manage zones more efficiently in both thumbnail and list mode.
How to Open a Zone Menu
- Open your board.
- Make sure you have at least one zone created. Learn How to Add Zones?

Click the
icon 1 at the bottom right of the board to open the list of zones.
OR
Click the caret icon 2 next to Present at the top of the board, then select Manage zones 3 to open the zones view. -
Click the hamburger menu
4 at the bottom of the zones panel to switch between list view and thumbnail view.
Open the menu for a single zone
- In thumbnail view: Right-click the zone thumbnail, or click the three-dot menu 5 on the thumbnail.
- In list view: Right-click the zone name.
A context menu opens with these options 6:
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the zone.
- Delete: Remove the zone. This action is irreversible.
- Set as a starting point: Make this zone the starting point of your board.
- Hide/Show zone: Hide or show the zone, depending on its current state.
- Start a slideshow: Start a full-screen slideshow from this zone.

Add a new zone: Add a new zone to your board.
Manage all zones at once
- Right-click in the empty space in the zone list (not on a specific zone).
- In the simplified menu, choose one of the following:
- Start a slideshow of all zones
- Add a new zone
- Hide all zones

Reveal all zones
Note
- On Meeting Board and desktop touchscreens, use a long-click or double-tap to open the menu.
- This feature is not available on iOS and Android devices.
