TL;DR
You can export a board as an editable Word (.docx) report from the board menu (caret → Export → Word report) while you’re the presenter. Your browser will download the file, which you can open in Word or any compatible editor. The report includes participation stats, participants, ideas grouped by color and category, dot-voting results, and a full ideas list. You can also choose ZIP instead to export raw board data and assets.
