Overview

Use a linearized PDF on your Klaxoon Board so participants can easily view and consult it without leaving the session. From your Board, just drag and drop the PDF file you want to share, and it appears as an idea card your participants can open and read.

Read the Document

1. Click on the idea to display the menu.
2. By clicking on View the document, your pdf will be displayed in full page.

Open the Thumbnail View

1. Use the menu at top left to open the thumbnail view of the PDF.
2. The PDF pages can then be viewed as follows:

Zoom In and Out

1. Zoom in and out by clicking on the +/- buttons at bottom left.

Extract Page

1. To extract a page, click the three-dot at top right.
2. Click on Extract page and it will appear on your Board below the PDF file.
