On your board, go to Personal settings > Grid to turn the grid on (Line or Dot) or off (None).
Overview
You can turn a grid on or off on your board. The grid helps you align ideas and organize content more precisely.
How to Show the Grid on a Board
- Open your board.
- Click the caret icon 1 next to the board title.
- Select Personal settings 2 from the drop-down.
- Click the Grid tab 3.

Choose one of the grid options 4:
a. None
b. Line grid
c. Dot grid
The grid appears on your Board background as soon as you select an option.
Note
To hide the grid, open Personal settings again, go to the Grid tab, and select None.
