Audience: users who have followed at least one training workshop, created a few activities or advanced users. 

The Open Hour format has been designed to reinforce Klaxoon’s adoption after a few weeks of use. During these sessions, participants ask questions to the consultant and consolidate their knowledge. These open hours can either be collective or individual.

Collective Open Hour Objectives:

• Share best practices between users

• Deep dive on some of the topics covered during the training workshops

• Q/A

• Sharing experiences and success stories

Individual Open Hour Objectives:

Validate or improve your approach to a ritual (meeting, training, workshop, onboarding path…) or prepare you in advance to run one with Klaxoon. The consultant will share with you their know-how, best practices and feedback.
