Audience: users who have a very specific use-case to deploy in Klaxoon and want to be guided and helped by a Consultant to build and deploy it from end to end.
Requirement: This service requires purchasing a FTC20 or a custom deployment.
The Klaxoon deployment support is composed of:
Kick-Off Meeting:
The consultant will help you in identifying the most relevant use case and objectives to boost your Klaxoon deployment (team weekly meeting, project meeting, collaborative workshops, training, onboarding path…).
Diagnosis:
The consultant will perform a diagnosis of your needs to identify improvement areas and propose the best Klaxoon solution that meets your requirements.
Co-Building:
The consultant will guide and help the deployment team on building the Klaxoon activity or activities proposed in the diagnosis. At the end of the co-building, the deployment team will have a set of templates for better scalability. Required time for the co-building will depend on the complexity of activities to be built.
Training & Coaching:
The consultant will train the host(s) of the built activities on the different facilitation techniques and if needed he will also train the participants so they will feel comfortable when using Klaxoon. The number of training sessions will depend on the number of users to train and the number of activities created.
Close-Out:
Summary of outcomes, feedback and best practices for long term use.
