The Klaxoon platform now offers new features that blend the power of AI with visual management to help you move faster from idea to action. All while ensuring the confidentiality of your data!

Artificial intelligence is set to transform your Board experience with the launch of three new features: create a summary, create an action plan and group by topic. AI in Board is an option that must be activated by the administrator of Klaxoon licenses, and is specifically designed to enable you to concentrate on your high added-value tasks.

Whether it's a brainstorming session, a retrospective, a team synchro or a workshop, our unique solution will enable you to increase your efficiency and maximize the productivity of your exchanges.

Synthesize ideas into a short text and a word cloud to visually highlight key concepts, providing instant understanding of discussion context or brainstorming outcomes.

To create a summary, select one or more text objects: ideas, text objects, shapes, connectors, icons, images, titled areas and Board objectives.

In the context menu, select the "Klaxoon AI" icon and click on "Create summary".

2) Create an action plan

​In just one click, generate the next steps of your team exchanges, as a list of actionable items enriched with icons, in perfect harmony with Klaxoon's visual DNA. This action plan fuels your ongoing reflections and facilitates quicker implementation!

As with "Create a summary", the "Create an action plan" feature is available by selecting all types of Board objects containing text (ideas, text objects, shapes...).

The action plan consists of two lists of suggested tasks to achieve your goals. One in the form of a text of around 200 words, and the other in the form of visually organized Board ideas. Finally, all the elements of this action plan can be modified and grouped together for easy sharing!

Select your ideas and group them in one click, reorganizing them directly on the Board and generating on top a list in text format.

Use this AI feature for all your brainstorming sessions, workshops and retrospectives, and save time by eliminating redundant ideas. You'll immediately identify areas for further thought, so you can iterate on these ideas efficiently!

The "Group by topic" feature is only available for a selection of Board ideas containing text. Topics are listed in text form on the right, while on the left are ideas from the original selection grouped, moved and visually reorganized.

Grouped ideas retain the characteristics of color, category, like, author and creation date.
However, ideas are harmonized in size and square format.

The texts, word clouds and new ideas proposed by the AI will appear in the language you have chosen in Klaxoon (French, English or German).

Board's AI features can currently analyze approximately 2,000 words. When the limit is reached, a notification is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen and AI generation is stopped, with no content created on the Board.
