Klaxoon already offers you many features to generate engagement, but how do you measure the impact of your actions? With Statistics, instantly visualize participation rates, engagement levels, and individual contributions across all your activities.
The "Statistics" feature has been added to all the activities you host or co-host! This new dashboard gathers and explains in detail all the engagement-related data within your activity. So you can identify precisely what does or doesn't generate engagement in each of your Boards, Memos, Quizzes, Surveys,...etc. This allows you to effortlessly identify areas for improvement, enhancing your participants' experience and achieving your objectives more quickly.
1) How do I access Statistics?
A new "Statistics" icon appears in the header of the activities you run. When you click on it, the modal opens in the middle of your screen.
You'll find the same icon in the "3 dots" menu of your activity, accessible from different parts of the platform (home page, "Activities" page, "Recent" page...).
2) What information is presented in the Statistics modal?
In the activity tab
Participation rate: the ratio of the number of participants who joined the activity to the number of participants invited.
Engagement rate: the engagement score and details of contributors on the activity (for example, in a Memo, the number of people who interacted with each page, or each question in the case of a Quiz or Survey).
Evolution over time: a graph showing the number of contributors and Klaxs at every stage of the activity's life.
Global statistics: the number of Kaxs, the average rating if the activity has been rated, and specific statistics for each activity.

In the participant tab
Here you'll find all the data available per participant, depending on the type of activity. For example, for an Adventure, you can access the progress, number of points and score of each participant. For a Board, it's the number of ideas shared. Or, as in the example below, the number of pages read in a Memo.
