Ready to share your ideas and energize your meetings with Klaxoon? Learn how to easily launch your presentation and engage your audience for successful collaboration.

1 - Access your presentation

To get started, log in to your Klaxoon account and access the Studio, your creative space.

  • From the dashboard: Locate the presentation you want to launch in your list of activities.

  • In a Session: If your presentation is part of a larger Session, open the Session.

2 - Launch the presentation

Once you've localized your presentation, launching is a breeze.

  • For a standalone presentation: Simply click the "Launch" or "Start" button located on your presentation thumbnail or in its options.

  • In a Session: If your presentation is an in-session element (e.g., a "Presentation" activity), open the Session, then navigate to the presentation activity and click "Start" or "Launch".

3 - Share the link with your participants

In order for your attendees to join your presentation, you will need to provide them with the Session Code or access link.

  • Session Code: A unique 7-digit code often appears on the screen. Your participants just have to enter it on app.klaxoon.com.

  • Direct link: You can also copy the link from the Session or presentation and share it via email, chat, or any other communication tool.

4 - Animate your presentation

Once launched, the presentation will be displayed in full screen. Use the navigation arrows to move from one page to another. As an animator, you remain in full control.

  • Navigation: Use the directional arrows on your keyboard or the navigation buttons on the screen to move to the next page or back to the previous one.

  • Animation tools: Take advantage of annotation tools, laser pointer, or highlighter mode to draw attention to key elements of your presentation.
