Have you created a page with an image and text, and you want this text to appear when you launch your presentation? Follow this simple guide to make sure all the information is visible to your audience.

Understanding how text is displayed on a Klaxoon page

When adding text to a Klaxoon page, it's essential to understand how the platform handles its display, especially in combination with visual elements like photos. By default, text is present on your page, but its behavior when launching the presentation may require a small check.

To make sure your text displays correctly and is clearly visible to all participants during your presentation:

  • Check the location of the text : Make sure that the text block is not hidden behind the image or another element on your page. You can easily move it around and resize the elements in the page builder interface.

  • Adjust the font size and color : Text that is too small or a color that blends into the background of the image can make it unreadable. Increase the font size and choose a contrasting color for better readability.

  • Use the presentation preview : Before you start your Session, use the preview feature to see exactly what your attendees will see. This will allow you to identify and fix any issues with text display before startup.

  • Structure your content : For pages with a lot of text, it might be a good idea to use the built-in questions or activities feature rather than putting everything on a single presentation page. This allows information to be presented in a more interactive and less dense way.

If, after these checks, the text still doesn't appear as expected when you launch your presentation, make sure that you're in presentation mode and not in edit mode. In presentation mode, all items that are configured to be visible should appear.
