In order to ensure an optimal interactive experience during your Klaxoon meetings or workshops on Zoom, it is essential that each participant has the right tools.

1 - Download and install the Klaxoon application on Zoom
Before joining the activity, each participant must install the Klaxoon app directly in Zoom.
⚠️ Without this app, access to the shared activity will be limited to simple screen sharing, with no possibility of direct interaction.
Steps to follow:
Log in to Zoom with the email address used for the meeting.
Visit the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click "Add" or "Install" to embed the app into your Zoom.
Allow the necessary permissions.
2 - Connecting to Zoom with the right email
For the Klaxoon application to work properly, it is essential that each participant is connected to Zoom with the email address provided by the organizer. This ensures that access and interaction rights are synchronized.
3 - Why is this installation necessary?
With the Klaxoon app installed on Zoom :
Participants can interact in real time in the activity (respond, vote, post ideas, etc.).Without the Klaxoon app :
Sharing is limited to a screen view. Participants see the activity, but cannot actively participate in it.
