Klaxoon and Zoom integration energizes virtual meetings by making them interactive and collaborative.

1. Access the Klaxoon app in Zoom

During your Zoom meeting, locate and click on the "Apps" tab located in your meeting toolbar.

From the list of available apps, select "Klaxoon". This action will open the Klaxoon app directly in your Zoom interface.

For Zoom Pro and Business plans, an admin may need to pre-approve the Klaxoon app for use in your organization.

Click the "Request pre-approve" button to request access from your company’s Zoom admin.

2. Log in to Klaxoon (if required)

If you are not already logged in to your Klaxoon account, a login window will appear.

Follow the instructions to authenticate yourself with your Klaxoon credentials.

3. Choose and launch an activity

Once logged in, you will access the Klaxoon activity selector.

Browse the available activities and select the one you want to share with your attendees.

Click on the chosen activity to start it. It will then be shared with your Zoom meeting participants, who can interact in real-time.
