TL;DR
If you have a FREE Klaxoon license, request a PRO license from your homepage by selecting Request a license → Send a request and following your organization’s instructions. You’ll receive an email once approved. To verify, open your profile and check for the PRO badge next to your name.
Overview
If you have a FREE license, you can ask your console administrator for a PRO license. A PRO license lets you create and facilitate your own Klaxoon activities.
How to Request a License
- Go to your Klaxoon homepage.

Click Request a license 1 in the upper-right corner.

Select Send a request 2.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by your organization.
Note
Your organization may redirect you to another page or ask you to complete a form.
A confirmation message appears after you submit your request.
You’ll receive an email when your console administrator approves it.
How to Check Your License
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.

Check the badge next to your name to confirm that you have a PRO license.
