Insert
Image
The Image option allows you to add visuals to your Board to illustrate your ideas. You can import images from your computer or drag and drop files directly into the workspace.

Icons
Icons are graphic elements that can be used to visually mark ideas or categorize information. Discover a wide choice in the different libraries at your disposal.
Shapes
Shapes (rectangles, circles, arrows, etc.) are used to organize content, create diagrams or structure information on a Board. You can customize them with different colors and sizes (article: How to use shapes?).
Patterns
Patterns are graphic backgrounds that you can use to give relief to your Board and better structure your workspace. This improves the readability and visual organization of your content.
Templates
Templates are pre-designed templates that facilitate the quick implementation of collaborative activities (brainstorming, planning, retrospective, etc.). They save time and structure your sessions efficiently.

Zone
The Zone option allows you to create dedicated spaces on your Board to organize your ideas and structure the content. An area can contain multiple items and can be moved easily.
Link
The Link feature allows you to insert hyperlinks to external resources (documents, websites, videos, etc.). This makes it easier to access additional information directly from the Board.
iFrame Code
With iFrame code, you can embed interactive content from other platforms (videos, forms, interactive maps, etc.). This enriches the user experience by directly integrating external resources into Klaxoon.

Activities
The Activities feature allows you to directly insert Klaxoon interactive activities (quizzes, polls, adventures, etc.) into a Board. This facilitates participant engagement and energizes collaborative sessions.
Convert
The PDF feature allows you to convert a Board or an activity into a PDF document in order to export, archive or share it with people outside Klaxoon. This is a great way to keep track of exchanges and spread ideas in a format that everyone can read.
Sketch

Import
Files
The Files feature allows you to import different types of documents (images, PDFs, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) directly into Klaxoon. This facilitates the sharing of information and centralizes essential resources on the same Board.
CSV
The CSV option allows you to import data in tabular form into Klaxoon. This format is particularly useful for structuring lists of items or integrating information from other tools (CRM, databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
