Overview

You can manage the Questions you have sent from the Questions interface. This allows you to view results, update settings, and control participant access.

How to Access Sent Questions

1. Click Questions in the navigation bar 1.
2. Click All to showcase all available questions 2.
3. Click the filter option 3.
4. Select Owned by me 4.
   

The list updates to show only your Questions.

Available Actions

• Copy Link
  Copy the link to the question.
• Access code and QR code
  Participants can enter this access code in their Klaxoon interface to access the question. Using a QR code reader application or the camera on certain smartphones, participants can also scan this pattern to access the question directly.
• Share
  Add recipients to your question by name, e-mail, network, etc.
• Close
  Participants will no longer be able to take part but will be able to consult the results.
• Access code and QR code
  Share access using a code or QR code.
• Share
  Add participants by name, email, or Network.
• Edit question
  Modify the Question and its answers.
• Manage participants
  View participants who have access to the Question.
• Manage requests
  If the question has been asked in private sharing mode, a request will be sent to you for the user to join the question.
• Open in Full screen
  Display results in full-screen mode.
• Mute notifications
  Disable notifications for the Question.
• Remind me
  You can deactivate a reminder to remove it from the pending list and return it to the received Questions view.
• Download data
  Export results in a .zip file containing .xlsx and .csv formats.
• Close
  Prevent further participation while allowing participants to view results.
