1 - Access the Questions tab

From the toolbar, click on "Questions".

2 - Put on hold

The question has been read

To access the question and apply a reminder, click on "Remind me".

You are then presented with a choice of options

The question has not been read

Click on the stopwatch icon to access the same hold options.

Then click on the desired duration.
