Overview
A Memo allows you to organize and share content such as pages, questions, and files within a single activity. You can customize the Memo and structure its content before sharing it with participants.
How to Create a Memo
- Click + New in the sidebar 1.
- Select Memo 2.
A creation window opens.
How to Configure the Memo

Enter name
Add a name for the Memo (maximum 80 characters) 1. -
Add an image
Select an image from your device or capture one 2. -
Create Memo
Click Create to proceed 3.
How Activity Images Are Displayed
- Activities appear as illustrated tiles in Home or within a Network.
- When creating them, select an image stored on your device or a photo taken on the fly If you don’t add one, Klaxoon uses the activity’s default logo by default. You can change it later in Studio with the file picker (Klaxoon Storage).
How to Edit the Memo
- Click Add page to create a new page or insert an existing one 1.
- Click Add question to include questions in the Memo 2.
- Click Import file to add content from external files 3.
