Overview
The Memo dashboard gives you a quick view of your Memo pages, content, and question results. You can use it to manage the activity, share access, view participants, export data, and open Memo content at any time.
Share
Use Share to give people access to the Memo. You can share it:
- With people by name, email address, or network
- Within a network
- With an access code
- With a QR code
- By copying the link
Note
You can access the memo’s main menu on the left side of the header to manage activity.
Participants
Use Participants to invite and track participants.
Here, you can:
- Invite participants by name, email address, or network
- View the list of connected participants
- Check the total number of participants in the black badge
Export
You can export session data in these formats:
- Excel
- CSV
- ZIP
- Klaxoon format
- PDF report
Stopwatch
Use Stopwatch to view and manage time during the activity.
Here, you can:
- View the stopwatch and timer
- Pause participation temporarily
- Temporarily suspend participation
Read Memo
Use Read Memo to open Memo pages and view quiz and survey results, no matter how far participants have progressed.
