Overview

When you launch an adventure in a session, the dashboard shows participants’ progress in real time. You can track completion, manage participants, control timing, and review results as each step is completed.

Use the Adventure Dashboard

After you launch an adventure in a session, you can use the dashboard controls below.

1. Session panel
   Return to the session panel without closing the activity.
2. Close activity
   Close the adventure and save the results on the session dashboard.

3. Statistics
   View participation, engagement and session duration.
4. Participants
   See the list of connected participants.
   Use Manage participants to:
   • Add participants by name, email address, or network
   • Assign session moderators

5. Manage your time
   Click the Manage your timing icon to track elapsed time or the timer to set a time limit.
   You can also:
   • Start a Stopwatch
   • Set a Timer
   • Pause the session
   • Use Heads up! to get participants’ attention
6. Export
   Export content in ZIP or KLX format, or request a PDF report.
7. End adventure
   Stop the adventure and show the results screen, even if some participants haven’t finished.
