Overview
Use the Leaderboard option to calculate participant scores and export a leaderboard file with your Mission data. You can turn this option on or off at any time, even after your Mission starts.
Enable or Disable the Leaderboard Option
- Open the Mission you want to update.
- Go to the Mission settings.
- Find the Leaderboard option.
- Check the box to enable it, or uncheck it to disable it.
Important
If Leaderboard is enabled, participants earn points and can see their rank. It also adds a leaderboard file to your exported Mission data.
Export Leaderboard Data
- Open your Mission.
- Export the Mission data.
- Download and open the .zip file.
If Leaderboard is enabled, the export includes a file such as “leaderboard.xlsx” or “leaderboard.csv.”
Important
If Leaderboard is not enabled when you export the data, the .zip file won’t include the leaderboard file.
Turn On Leaderboard After a Mission Starts
You can enable Leaderboard even if your Mission is already live.
- Open the Mission settings.
- Check Leaderboard.
- Save your changes.
- Export the Mission data again.
Once you enable the option, the system calculates scores. Your next export will include the leaderboard file.
Tip
If you forgot to enable Leaderboard when you created the Mission, you don’t need to start over. Just turn it on and export the data again.
Why Use the Leaderboard Export
The leaderboard file helps you review results after a Mission ends. You can use it to:
- Compare scores across several Missions
- Combine results from a longer course or program
- Spot top performers quickly
- Prepare rewards or recognition for participants
