TL;DR:

Overview
Deleted ideas can be accessed from the Board to manage previously removed content. This allows ideas to be restored to their original location or permanently deleted, as long as they remain within the defined retention period.
How to Access the List View
- Click the Switch view button at the bottom-right corner of the board 1.
- Select List view to switch to List view 2.
The List view displays all ideas available on the Board, including deleted ones.
How to Filter Ideas
Ideas can be filtered to simplify restoration or permanent deletion.
- You can choose to view All, My sticky notes, or Deleted ideas to
Filterfilter items in the list. - You can choose to view ideas that can be sorted by Date deleted, Color, or Number of likes by clicking on the column header.
How to Retrieve or Permanently Delete Ideas
To permanently delete an idea:
- In the Deleted ideas list, click the three-dot menu next to the idea 1.
- Click Permanently delete 2.
- Select Permanently delete 3.
To restore an idea:
- Click the three-dot menu next to the idea 1.
- Click Restore 2.
Restored ideas reappear on the Board in their original location.
Note:
- Deleted ideas remain available for recovery for up to three months after deletion.
- Multiple ideas can be selected at once to restore them or delete them permanently.
