Overview
Sticky notes colors can be used to organize and visually differentiate content on a Board. Board animators can define and manage up to 50 custom sticky note colors, in addition to the default set.
Boards include eight default colors that are available for immediate use.
How to Define Colors from Board Options
- Click the caret icon next to the board name 1.
- Click Board settings from the list 2.
- Click the Sticky notes option 3.

Select Colors 4.
The color settings dialog box opens.
How to Add or Remove a Colour

Click the + button at the bottom of the dialog settings box 1.
- Use the top color bar to select a color 2.

Use the lower bars to adjust the shade 3.
Note: 100 different shades of a color are available from darkest to lightest (up to white). - Enter a label to associate a caption with the color 4.

Click Add 5.
- Select Show legend on the board to display the color legend on the Board 6.
- Click Save 7.

To remove the colour, Click the x icon next to the color to remove it 8.
The Board’s color is updated immediately.
How to Manage Colors When Creating a Sticky Note
- Click the Sticky notes option on the toolbar at the bottom of your board 1.

Click on Draft from the pop-up that appears 2.

Click the + button to open the color palette 3.
- Select a color and shade 4.
- Add a label 5.

Click Add 6.
The selected color is saved and applied to the sticky note.
