TL;DR
To reuse content on another Board, select the items (or press Ctrl/Cmd + A to select all), copy with Ctrl/Cmd + C, then open the destination Board and paste with Ctrl/Cmd + V. You must have edit rights on the destination Board, and you can then move, resize, and realign the pasted items as needed.

Overview
You can copy items from one Board to another to reuse content without rebuilding it from scratch. This helps you keep formats, layouts, and ideas consistent across workshops, projects, and teams.
Copy Items Between Boards
Select Items to Copy
- Open the Board that contains the items you want to copy.

Click the Select 1 tool in the toolbar.
Click and drag on the Board to select one or more items (texts, images, shapes, groups of ideas, etc.).
💡Press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select all items on the Board.
Copy the selected items
Make sure the items you want to copy are still selected.
Press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac) to copy them.
Paste items on another Board
Open the destination Board where you want to reuse the content.
Click an empty area on the Board to set the paste position.
Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac) to paste the items.
Important information
You need edit rights on the destination Board to paste items.
Adjust the Copied Items
Click and drag items to move them into place.
Drag the corners or edges to resize shapes, images, or groups as needed.
Check that spacing, alignment, and colors match the layout you want on the new Board.
💡Zoom out before rearranging large groups of items so you can see the full layout.
