Overview
Zones can be added to a Board to structure ideas and visually organize content. They help define areas for grouping, organizing, or guiding collaboration.
How to Add the Zone
- Open the relevant Board.
- Click the three-dot button on the Board toolbar 1.
- Click Zone 2.
- Select the zone to add based on the required layout.
The selected zone is applied to the Board and can be positioned as needed.
How to Customize a Zone
Zones can be managed using the context menu. Available actions include:
- Add a comment to a zone 1.
- Edit the title of a zone 2.

Hide/Unhide a zone 3.
Note: Content within a hidden zone can still be interacted with, even if the zone outline isn’t displayed. This applies to both facilitators and participants. - Apply ratio to a zone 4.
Tip
To resize zones evenly, hold Shift while resizing. Predefined zone formats are also available to maintain visual consistency.- Define a zone as a starting point 5.
