Overview

After you create and share a Board, you can switch to List view to quickly scan, organize, and sort all ideas. Use dimensions to control how your ideas appear and which details you focus on.

How to Access and Sort Ideas by Dimension in List View

1. Click the Switch view button at the bottom-right corner of the board 1.
2. Select List view to switch to List view 2.
   
3. In List view, review the columns that represent each available dimension.
4. Use the dimension controls to organize your ideas:
   •  Click a column header to sort ideas by that dimension 3.

   •  Click again to reverse the sort order (ascending/descending).

     

5. Repeat with different columns to quickly compare ideas across dimensions.
