TL;DR
Snapshots taken on a Klaxoon Board are stored in the Export gallery, where you can view, download, or discard them as needed. Access captures as a slideshow, open them in full size, or download all snapshots at once for sharing and documentation.

Overview
Snapshots captured on a Klaxoon Board are stored in a dedicated gallery. From there, they can be viewed, downloaded, or shared for later use.
How to Access Captured Content
How to Find the Export Menu
When a snapshot is taken using the Snapshot button on the Board, it is automatically saved as part of a slideshow.
- Click the caret icon next to the board name 1.
- Click Export 2.

Select Gallery from the list 3.
All captured snapshots appear in the Gallery as a slideshow.
How to Access and Manage Captures
From the Gallery:
- Click a capture to view it in full size.
- Click the three dot button 1.
- Click Download to download the displayed snapshot as a PNG or PDF 2.

Click Delete
Discardif the snapshot is no longer needed 3.
Note: To retrieve all captures at once, download the board’s activity data, which includes all snapshots taken on the Board.
