Overview
Board settings help you structure ideas, share your Board with participants, and adjust key options. Use them to set up, share, and facilitate your Board during a session.
Colors
You can modify, name, add, or delete colors (up to 50). Show the legend to participants to help structure ideas. Learn more in: Define colors.
Categories
You can edit, add, or delete categories (up to 50). Apply categories to your text, image, or video ideas to organize them. Learn more in What is a category?
Dimensions/Extra Fields
You can edit, add, or delete dimensions/extra fields (up to 3). Apply dimensions to your text, image, and video ideas to organize them. Learn more in What is a dimension?
Smart Groups
Show a pop-up with options that make it easier to group ideas by different criteria (categories, dimensions, colors, number of likes, and more). Learn how to use this feature in Use Use Smart Groups.
Participant settings
See all the settings you can use to create, edit, move, display, and manage functionality for your participants.
Reset
Display a pop-up with options to simplify the deletion of ideas or annotations.
