Overview
Blocks let you save groups of whiteboard elements like notes, shapes, tables, connectors, media and reuse them in one click, so preparing your whiteboards gets faster and more consistent.
How to Add Blocks from the Blocks Library
- Open a Klaxoon board.
- Click the Insert content 1 menu in the main toolbar.

Select Blocks 2.

Add blocks from the Blocks library 3, or create your own.
How to Pin the Blocks Library
- Open the Insert content 1 menu.

Click the Pin 2 icon next to Blocks.
Once pinned, the Blocks library remains available directly from the main toolbar for quick access.
How to Create a Block
- Select the elements you want to include, such as shapes, sticky notes, text, or images.
- Click More options 1 in the selection toolbar.

Select Create a new block 2.

Enter a name (optional), choose a thumbnail, and click Save 3.
The block is saved under My blocks in the Blocks library.
How to Browse Block Collections
Click Open block collection 1 next to a collection’s name in the Blocks library to expand it and view its blocks.
