You can integrate Iframe code into your Board to open and view different types of pages and documents.

Find out how in this article.

How do I add Iframe code?

To add Iframe code, follow these steps:

1 - Go to the option for adding Iframe code

Click on the "Add" button at the bottom of your screen, then select "iFrame code". A new modal opens.

2 - Implement the Iframe code

The code content must be in the format <iframe src="..." ...> </iframe>.

Once your code has been implemented, an idea is created and you can now open it in the Board.

💡 Please note: the same content pasted into an idea will not be recognized and will be treated as plain text.

Basic actions with Iframes

You retain the same basic actions when accessing an idea by double-clicking or using the new "Open link in Board" button:

  • Resize window

  • Move window

  • Close window

  • Open link in new tab

What types of documents can I open?

Thanks to this enhancement, you can now open even more Office365, Confluence documents, or web pages like Google's, directly on your Board via Iframe code integration.

💡 During a presentation, when you open a window, it also opens in your participants. However, you can only open one modal at a time.

There is no change for "playable" links (such as YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, Deezer, video files, etc.) as well as for images and documents, which continue to open in the lightbox.
