Learn how to use the “3 dots” menu on a Klaxoon Board to quickly access advanced options and optimize your experience.
This menu contains all your Board's management functions. It varies according to the status of your Board.
In a Board in general
1) 3 dots menu : To open the pane, or close it
2) Switch to participant view: displays the activity exactly as the participants see it.
3) Edit title or image: Can be changed by the presenter.
4) Board information: Mode, caption, Categories, Dimensions
5) Display on a screen: you can quickly project your activity full screen using the FastDisplay feature by inserting a code. For more information: What is FastDisplay?
6) Duplicate: the copy opens directly and the original remains unchanged in the ‘Activities’ tab.
7) Create a Template (See also: Template)
8) Transfer ownership: transfer complete management of the activity to another user, who will then become the owner and will be able to modify, share or delete it as required.
9) Close: officially close the activity, preventing participants from accessing it or interacting with it further.
10) Display article: you will be redirected to this pag
11) Exit : the Board remains open, and participants can log in and explore it.
In a Board in preparation
In this state, the option Delete permanently has been added and ‘duplicate’ is no longer present.
The Switch to Participant View and Transfer Ownership button is no longer present.
The words ‘Board in preparation’ are visible.
